We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a knack for multitasking. This role is critical in maintaining an efficient office atmosphere while supporting staff and management in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
-Manage the overall office operations, ensuring a productive and organized environment.
-Oversee budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and managing office supplies.
-Handle payroll ,audit processing and maintain accurate employee records.
-Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing phone systems.
-Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth operations and address any issues.
-Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office documentation.
-Plan and organize company events, meetings, and other activities to foster team engagement.
Requirements
-Proven experience in Roofing office management or a similar administrative role.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Proficiency in budgeting and financial management practices.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Facebook jobs posting , google ads, jobs photo editing mid- highs skills and direct mail to prospect/customer.
-Roof insurance claims knowledge
-Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems.
-Experience in event planning is a plus but not required.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office,leap,hover, call calling (DealMachine ) or similar software applications.
