As a Senior Clinician at Centerboard, you'll play a pivotal role in providing clinical oversight and support across a diverse range of residential programs.

About Us: At Centerboard, we're dedicated to empowering individuals and families to build strong, resilient futures. Our programs, including the Young Parent Living Programs (YPLPs), pre-independent living program, and independent living programs, aim to foster healthy attachments, positive relationships, and essential life skills for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership: Guide the practical application of a Trauma Informed treatment framework within our residential settings. Collaborate with staff to equip them with the tools needed to support residents' growth and development.

Treatment Plan Oversight: Review and approve treatment plans and safety plans, ensuring their effective implementation. Foster a supportive environment conducive to positive outcomes.

Therapeutic Interventions: Provide group and family therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of our youth. Offer interim individual and family therapy when necessary, ensuring timely and effective support.

Staff Training and Development: Take a leadership role in staff training initiatives, facilitating monthly sessions and offering ongoing guidance to ensure the delivery of quality clinical care.

Team Supervision: Supervise a team of BSW and MSW clinical interns, providing mentorship and support to help them achieve their learning goals. Liaise with schools to facilitate a productive internship experience.

Crisis Intervention: Demonstrate clinical leadership during crises, offering guidance and support to staff as needed. Uphold a calming presence and implement effective crisis intervention strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Clinical Expertise: Master's degree in a related field and licensure as a clinician (minimum LCSW Certification). Demonstrated competency in clinical practice and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to model effective clinical interventions.

Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, including transitional care and aftercare outreach. Willingness to participate in clinical on-call rotation and crisis support as needed.

Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license, and the ability to use a personal vehicle may be required for certain job duties.
