We are seeking a dynamic and committed Program Director to lead the Phoenix Rising (CSEC) program, ensuring its smooth operation and the well-being of both staff and participants. This role involves overseeing program delivery, maintaining budgets, monitoring data outcomes, and adapting services to meet evolving needs. Due to the population being served in this program, we are looking for female candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team and model Trauma-Informed Care and Behavior Management practices.

Manage staff training, development, and performance, working closely with HR and the Assistant Clinical Director of Youth Services.

Oversee scheduling, staffing ratios, and shift coverage, while maintaining program compliance and documentation.

Ensure program quality through routine audits, supervision, and participation in continuous quality improvement processes.

Maintain program budgets, complete billing reports, manage petty cash, and ensure smooth communication with external partners like DCF and DTA.

Organize and deliver engaging resident groups, community activities, and training for staff.

Collaborate across programs to ensure best practices and efficient resource use.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or 5+ years of relevant experience) in social work, youth services, or a related field.

Supervisory experience and the ability to manage staff and program operations.

Strong organizational, communication, and crisis-management skills.

Valid driver’s license and ability to work with youth and families in varying settings.

Required Trainings:

CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, Trauma-Informed Care, Crisis Management, and more.
