Our residential programs provide a safe and supportive environment for young individuals to heal, grow, and thrive. As a clinician at Centerboard, you'll be an essential part of our interdisciplinary team, working collaboratively to ensure the well-being and success of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to understand the unique needs and experiences of each resident. Utilize trauma-informed approaches to inform treatment planning and intervention strategies.

Individualized Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and the treatment team. Oversee the implementation of interventions within the residential milieu to support youth progress and well-being.

Therapeutic Support: Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to address a range of clinical needs. Foster a supportive and empowering environment where youth can explore their strengths and overcome challenges.

Collaborative Care Coordination: Coordinate ongoing services and referrals to address all identified need areas, including physical and mental health, education, vocational training, and social services. Maintain open communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.

Milieu Support and Crisis Intervention: Offer support and guidance to youth and staff in managing behaviors and navigating crises within the residential setting. Foster a culture of safety, respect, and empowerment for all residents and staff members.

Qualifications:

Clinical Expertise: Master's degree in a related field and licensure as a clinician (LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC) or working towards licensure. Demonstrated competency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions.
