What You'll Do:

Clinical Mastery: Lead the implementation of comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring that each resident receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs. Provide guidance and support to our clinical team, fostering a collaborative environment where every voice is valued and heard.

Transformational Leadership: Inspire and motivate our team through your unwavering commitment to excellence. From staff training to crisis management, you'll be the guiding light that empowers us to overcome challenges and achieve our shared goals.

Empowerment Through Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with DCF, Family Networks, schools, and community resources, leveraging their expertise to enhance our residents' care and support. Your ability to collaborate effectively will be essential to our success.

What You Bring:

Clinical Expertise: Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, along with licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Demonstrated experience in diagnostic assessment, individual, group, and family therapy.
