Springwell is expanding its Administrative Services team.
DESCRIPTION:
This Administrative Services Supervisor is responsible for the day to day oversight of the Administrative Assistants of Springwell’s Community Services Division based in Marlborough. The Supervisor will coordinate coverage, creating back-up systems and cross training staff. They will monitor work performance to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely, in compliance with program regulations, providing feedback and retraining as needed. They must be well organized and adaptable in order to effectively prioritize and delegate. As needed, the Supervisor will directly complete administrative duties, including: answering calls, entering data into electronic databases, organizing and distributing paper documents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years equivalent experience
2 years of supervisory experience preferred
Demonstrated management/leadership experience in an office setting
To work with computer programs including Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and electronic client record keeping systems
To analyze, develop and establish efficient office work flow and design systems for efficient operations
To positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization
