Springwell is seeking a highly organized individual to provide administrative support for the Nutrition Department. Responsibilities for this position may include:

General administrative duties such as copying, filing, scanning, typing, mailing, answering phone calls, processing voicemails and e-mails

Communication with consumers and staff across the agency

Data entry and use of various databases

Formatting menus

Providing department coverage

Performance of other duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates’ or BA degree with 2 years of administrative experience preferred.

Positive attitude

Exemplify professionalism

Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.

Sensitivity to the needs of seniors and individuals with disabilities

Communicate in a manner of respect

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and other data entry software as necessary

Ability to multi-task is a must
