Position Overview:

As an Experienced Sign Fabricator at Ardon Visual Communications Corp, you will be a crucial member of our production team responsible for crafting high-quality signs that meet our clients' specifications. You will utilize your expertise in sign fabrication techniques, materials, and tools to create visually appealing and durable signs that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret detailed design specifications, blueprints, and instructions to accurately fabricate signs.

- Select appropriate materials, tools, and equipment for sign fabrication processes.

- Cut, shape, and assemble various materials, including metal, acrylic, wood, and vinyl, to create signs of different sizes and types.

- Operate and maintain fabrication machinery, such as laser cutters, CNC routers, and welding equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

- Apply knowledge of color theory, typography, and design layout to accurately reproduce logos, graphics, and text on signs.

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate translation of design concepts into finished products.

- Perform quality control checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure the final product meets high standards of quality and precision.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the fabrication process.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area and handle materials in a safe and responsible manner.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and fabrication techniques to continually improve skills and stay innovative.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sign Fabricator, with a minimum of 2 years in sign manufacturing.

- Proficiency in using fabrication tools and equipment, including laser cutters, CNC routers, welding equipment, etc.

- Strong understanding of materials commonly used in sign fabrication, such as metal, acrylic, wood, and vinyl.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow design specifications.

- Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and manipulate materials for extended periods.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.

- Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to workplace safety guidelines.

-Experience With TIG and MIG welding
