Job Description and Responsibilities
Perform injection and compression molding with molding machines
Maintain and upgrade all of the plastics molding equipment as needed.
Collaborate with the scientists/engineers/business development teams to solve customer problems.
Participate in specifying and installing the equipment that will go into this COE.
Job Qualifications, Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree and/or 1-3 years of work experience in plastics manufacturing and testing required.
Hands-on experience with plastics processing and testing equipment is required
Must be safety conscious and promote a culture of safety within the team
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Must be detail-oriented to ensure capture and management of all test data electronically
Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
