WHO WE ARE
Hey there, we are Shutter and Sound Films, a high-end cinematic wedding videography company with chapters in Boston, LA, San Fran, NYC, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, Seattle, Philly, Washington DC/Baltimore (where our home office is). We are looking to become a Photo + Video studio and are thus in search of talented lead photographers to join our team!
DETAILS
We are looking for a talented and driven lead photographer to join our Boston team. Unlike similar companies, we try not to work with a bunch of random contractors. We choose only a couple people per city to give all our gigs to. You can make your own schedule, but we're looking for someone willing to do between 25 and 35 weddings per year. You should already have ample experience as a lead wedding photographer.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Photograph weddings
- Occasionally communicate with clients (generally the bride or groom) before the wedding during the booking process.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have experience shooting weddings and be able to show your work from said weddings
Must be willing to commit to dates far in advance (6-12 months)
Must be personable and communicate well
Must be driven and a hard worker
Must have a reliable car
Must have fast response times to emails/texts/phone calls
Must have your own gear
MUST BE RELIABLE. You cannot be late or miss a wedding. Ever.
COMPENSATION
- $150/hr to lead shoot
