Well known client is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent a Scratch & Win Program. We are looking for Staff who are skilled in placing scratch off cards in 60 designated area (stores will be provided to you) and are reliable and follow all instructions. The Market Manager will be sent all of the advertisement/scratch cards to your mailing address and duties for the team include placing a pile of cards in each store location (approximately 360 counts of cards in each store at the check-out counter area) and upload all pics/event recap to the box folder by end of each work date. Staff will be required to take at least 2 pics: 1 in front of store address and 1 of the placements of the scratch cards in the store location on the counter. Staff will also be required to do a detailed recap report indicating the address of each location where all cards are placed.

Event Details:
- This is a goal-oriented program - The team of 2 BA’s (1 MM, 1 BA) will be required to travel in Boston and surrounding areas to local Korean shops starting on 4/16
- One of the team members MUST be able to speak fluent Korean!
- The BA’s will distribute Scratch cards to each store – 360 counts in each store location
- The BA’s will be required to provide 2 pictures at each store – 1 of the front of each store and 1 of placement of the cards in the store on the counter
- The BA’s will be required to fill out a detailed event recap for the program-recording the store location address to the corresponding pics.
Pay Rate:
POSITION Pay Rate
Market Manager $800 flat rate
Brand Ambassador $700 flat rate
PAY BONUSES
- $100 for driving expenses – to ONLY the driver
- $100 to each staff after program ONLY if all details are followed in a timely manner per the request.
NOTE: The additional $100 incentive bonus is for all staff who complete 100% performance on this program which include:
All on-time delivery of all cards and on-time reporting and uploading to box folder
Great Communication with me throughout the process, reliability and professionalism
Clear reporting: clear Pics (store front and the placement of the cards in store) and location address of every store visited the same day
