A biotechnology company seeks a Senior Contracts Analyst for a PART TIME (30 hours/week), fully REMOTE role expected to be 1 year in duration. This role will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle in Research, from contract negotiation to execution. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of various contract types, including but not limited to Sponsored Research Agreements, Collaboration Agreements and Material Transfer Agreements. You will work closelywith the Legal and Compliance teams, along with other subject matter experts. Position requires (A) 5+ years of experience in end-to-end contractnegotiations and management; and (B) a Bachelor's degree. A law degree (JD) is a plus. Candidates must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.salary: $60 - $68 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 2 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities-Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Able to independently manage aspects of the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing complex contracts. -Legal Review & Compliance: Assist legal team with the drafting and editing of legal language, compliance issues, gathering necessary information and preparing documents for internal and external use.
