Growing personal injury firm seeks entry level associate for long-term litigation and trial attorney position. 0 - 3 years experience preferred, unless you have some of your own cases to bring into the firm with you. You will be responsible for all phases of litigation and will immediately have the opportunity to act as first and second chair on trials. We encourage autonomy, but are always willing to provide you the guidance to succeed. We invest heavily in litigation and trial training resources. You must be barred in Massachusetts or a candidate for the upcoming bar exam. Rhode Island barred applicants also encouraged to apply, but you will be required to take the Massachusetts exam.
Compensation structure is a base salary, plus a percentage of the settlements and awards you obtain on your cases. We will pay your health insurance as-necessary. Remote work is an option for this position.
