We are currently hiring several Candidates for Janitorial positions located in Lawrence Ma.
Duties will be but not limited to the following:
vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal, rest room cleaning to include toilets floors sinks and mirrors,, windows, sanitizing railings and door knobs, and break room, exterior cleaning would include trash pick up, shoveling and salting of sidewalks, window washing (first floor only) potential cleaning of refrigerators and or stoves from a move out.
Professional attitude & appearance.
Self-motivated, hardworking, dependable and responsible.
Janitors experience a plus but we will train
bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
MUST HAVE VEHICLE AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE - several buildings in Lawrence you may have to travel to throughout the day - Mileage will be reimbursed.
