snow melt or sand will be spread on slippery surfaces ONLY if my customer supplies the snowmelt or sand

I will start your job when snow fall is winding down or stoppedNOT while the snow is still falling
I have hand shoveled driveways in City of Salem before, but I want to limit my customers to homes in the vicinity of Salem State University or driveways in the downtown Salem area.
