Materials Development Corporation is a growing company located in Andover, MA with a need for a full time employee to work in a manufacturing type environment. No experience necessary. Excellent, friendly work environment with low turn-over.
Duties Include:
1. Cleaning and Prepping Customer parts for production
2. Boxing/Unboxing Customer Parts
3. Production operations with on-the-job training
4. Other duties as delegated by supervisor
Skills/Qualifications:
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
2. Willingness to work in a dirty environment.
3. Some heavy lifting will be required.
4. Strong work ethic is required. Must be on time and reliable.
5. Training will be provided but must be good at following directions exactly.
6. Must be authorized to work in the US
7. No Experience Needed
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm (flexible)
Pay:
$20.00/hr starting, plus a full benefits package including $5k Yearly Bonus, Profit Sharing (15% in recent years), 401k Plan (3% match), Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Long/Short Term Disability Insurance.
