Job Summary:
We are looking for a hard-working technician to join our maintenance and commercial cleaning team! In this role, your main tasks involve cleaning and maintaining the facility. In some cases, you assist other team members with dusting surfaces and removing trash. You should have some janitorial experience or be familiar with the safe use of sanitation products and equipment. Our ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in doing a good and thorough job for each client.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provides cleaning services for our company vehicles
Various facility janitorial or maintenance duties
Performs additional housekeeping or maintenance tasks as necessary, including dusting ceiling vents, light fixtures, and walls, painting, repairing, cleaning bathrooms
Trash removal
Moves or covers furniture for deep cleaning tasks
Performs routine maintenance and repairs
Maintains a safe and clean workspace
Required Skills/Abilities:
Driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical stamina
Attention to detail
Punctuality
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED certificate
Commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
Must be able to stand, walk, bend over, and pick up items and in general have constant movement for the duration of shift
Must be able to lift, push, kneel, and pick up items small and large
Must be able to use cleaning solutions and properly and safely use brooms, unload trash cans, and using other cleaning supplies and tools
