Job Summary: The Snow Plow Driver is responsible for working independently under the direct
supervision of the Snow Foreman. Responsible for clearing of snow from parking lots and roadways for various commercial properties. Tasks should be completed in an efficient manner, promoting worksite safety, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Safely maintain a clean job site
Work independently
Clear snow from parking lots, roadways, and other designated areas
Ensure the areas are free of snow and ice.
Meet contract scheduled deadlines without sacrificing customer service or quality.
Maintain and care for your personal or company provided equipment or vehicle
Communicate with supervisor to coordinate efforts to ensure all areas are properly cleaned
Required Skills/Abilities:
2-3 years of experience
Valid driver’s license
Highly motivated and detail oriented
Able to work long hours
Punctual and dependable
Good sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Weather dependent position with no guaranteed hours
Flexible availability to work in various weather conditions, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
