We are a small rest home in Lynn, MA of 31 beds seeking a part-time maintenance tech./coordinator.
We are looking for someone 20 hours per week - Monday through Friday - 10am to 2pm.
The person we hire will be responsible for general maintenance of our rest home, ripping up carpets and replacing the carpets with laminate flooring, testing fire alarms, holding fire drills with the help of the administrator, and snow blowing our parking lot and sidewalks when storms come. We need someone who is a "jack of all trades" to be our go to person on a daily basis Monday through Friday.
