In need of a Carpenter/Painter/Contractor to start Monday, 6/24 on a mobile home rehab project. Specifically looking for experience in mobile home repairs.
Areas needed:
- Repair walls/insulation/trim where needed
- Paint ceilings/walls/trim/doors
- Install LVP and underlayment (kitchen, livingroom, bathrooms)
- Replace shutters
- Repair skirt
- Install bathroom vanities
- Install bathroom accessories
- Repair 6x10 entry porch
- Repair 8x8 back deck
- Miscellaneous repairs
- Repair/paint shed
All finish materials will be provided
Job quote, W-9 and Certificate of Insurance needed before work is to begin
