Maintenance and Handyman work - “Jack of all trades” needed. South Shore business is looking for full-time person to do maintenance work at 2-3 properties. Duties and skills needed range from light carpentry to small engine oil tune ups, equipment and vehicle maintenance, general property maintenance and some landscape work. Company vehicle and tools provided. Forklift, and above experience is needed. Clean driving record needed. No drugs and must be extremely reliable. $65,000 per year.
