GRAZE lawn & garden is a family owned and operated landscaping business, servicing high-end residential clients in Concord, MA and surrounding towns.
Experience: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with the following: spring cleanups & edging, mulching, mowing, weed whacking, weeding, deadheading, perennial cutbacks and fall clean-ups.
Skills: Candidate should be skilled with use of small landscape equipment included backpack blowers, ride-on, stand-on, and push mowers, leaf vac, etc. Candidate should also have basic knowledge of plant identification and be able to differentiate between a weed and perennial. This position will report to a foreman, and the right person will be able to work independently and be self-motivated. knowledge of pruning and fertilizing is beneficial but not required.
Requirements: Must be eligible to work in this country without restriction, possess a valid, unexpired Massachusetts Driver's license with a clean driving record, must obtain a DOT medical Certificate within one month after date of hire, the ability to lift, push, and pull material and equipment to complete assigned job tasks, and be able to work in adverse weather conditions, if necessary. Reliable transportation is a must.
