Landscape Crew Leaders are responsible for leading a team to complete daily tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, trimming, mulch installation, weeding and other landscaping tasks as assigned. The Crew Leader needs to have good oral and written communication skills, and the ability to use a computerized maintenance system. A valid driver's license and ability to pass a D.O.T. physical exam is also required. Crew leaders typically run a two-to-three-man crew and are responsible for job completion paperwork daily.
