Qualifications:
Can lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs
Able to work as part of a team and at a continuous pace
Positive and self-motivated
Professional appearance and attitude
Willingness to learn and follow precise instructions
Comfortable working at heights
Experienced with boom lift and swing staging is a plus
OSHA-10 Construction Training Certification (will provide training if necessary)
Must have means of transportation
Responsibilities:
Loads and unloads trucks and hauls and hoists materials.
Mixes ingredients to create compounds, used to waterproof surfaces.
Applies waterproofing product, smooths and finishes freshly poured cement or concrete
Applies caulking compounds by hand or with caulking gun to seal crevices.
Joins and seals structural components, such as concrete wall sections and pipes.
Grinds, scrapes, sands, or polishes surfaces, such as concrete, brick or other masonry, and/or wood flooring, using abrasive tools or machines.
Cleans construction site to eliminate possible hazards.
Other duties as assigned
