Position: General Labor – Junk Removal Crew Member
Location: Salem, MA
Type: Part-Time
Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role:
Buckgator Junk Removal is looking for dependable, hardworking crew members to join our team. As a general laborer, you’ll be helping customers remove junk and unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites. It’s physical work, but it’s honest work — and you’ll make a real impact helping people clear their space.
What You’ll Do:
- Remove and load junk, debris, furniture, and appliances
- Perform light demolition work (e.g. sheds, decks, hot tubs)
- Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
- Wash and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment regularly
- Provide friendly, respectful customer service
- Keep job sites clean and safe
- Work as part of a team and follow safety protocols
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license with no restrictions
- Must pass background check
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and handle physical work
- Reliable, on-time, and ready to work
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Previous labor, moving, or landscaping experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
