Job Summary: The Equipment Operator is responsible for working independently under the direct
supervision of the Snow Foreman. Responsible for clearing of snow from parking lots and roadways for various commercial properties. Tasks should be completed in an efficient manner, promoting worksite safety, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Clear snow from parking lots, roadways, and other designated areas at various commercial
properties
Maintain a safe and clean job site
Work independently and/or part of a team and take direction
Maintain and care for your assigned company provided equipment
Communicate with supervisor to coordinate efforts to ensure all areas are properly cleaned and safe
Meet contract scheduled deadlines without sacrificing customer service or quality
Required Skills/Abilities:
2-3 years of experience
Valid driver’s license
Must have hoisting license
Able to operate Bobcat or Front-end loader
Ability to sit for long periods at a time
Highly motivated and detail oriented
Able to work long hours
Punctual and dependable
Good sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Weather dependent position with no guaranteed hours
Flexible availability to work in various weather conditions, including nights, days, weekends, and
holidays
