Property Management Company seeking a full-time laborer on our dump truck (40hrs p/wk, MON-FRI 8AM-4PM 2 MAN CREW). This candidate MUST have a good work ethic, team player mentality, hard worker, and be reliable. MUST be able to read, write, communicate in English, able to use a smartphone and all its functions (take photos, send texts, and send emails etc.)
Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):
-Physical labor/trash removal from full cleanout of residential and commercial spaces
-Picking up and delivering materials/stock to job sites
-Light landscaping and light carpentry duties from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
