Responsibilities:
Helping load and unload 64-gallon totes full of food waste onto the lift of a dump truck or box truck
Washing 64 or 32-gallon totes.
Helping with other tasks at the warehouse as needed
Adhere to the work schedule
Comply with all company policies and driving laws
Perform routine vehicle inspection and maintenance, such as checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires.
Ability to perform a physically demanding job, loading, and unloading.
Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift/load refuse, preferred but not required
Courteous interaction with our customers and performing other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to use routing app and GPS
Valid Drivers License is preferred but not required.
Bilingual(Spanish) is preferred but not required.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
Extensive physical activity. This requires strenuous physical work, including heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects over 100 pounds.
The work environment involves exposure to physical risks such as moving mechanical parts. Which requires following basic safety precautions.
The employee is exposed to outside weather, including frequent wet and/or humid conditions and fumes and vibration. The noise level is usually moderate.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
