Full time position. Large condo complex seeking motivated individual to join our maintenance team to clean and sanitize the common area hallways, laundry rooms, and grounds. Other duties include snow removal. Starting pay $20.00 hour plus competitive benefits package. Candidate must be methodical, organized, and have good verbal communication skills.
