Part-time job as sexton for a small church near Medford Square. Average of 8-9 hours per week over the year (fewer during the summer). Working hours flexible. Job includes:
vacuuming and mopping floors
cleaning two bathrooms
putting out the trash/recycling on Tuesday for Wednesday pickup (and returning the barrels after pickup)
monitoring the heating system during the cold weather season
mowing the lawn during the warm weather months
generally being alert for what might merit further attention
Handyman skills a plus. Living reasonably close to the church would also be good.
$22 per hour. Can start immediately.
