This position is ideal for professional freelancers, HR partners, or advertising agencies involved in assisting clients with their job postings on job boards or in print media, who are eager to enhance their portfolio withJobFlexATS. Identify and target potential clients within the HR and recruitment sectors.

Conduct market research to find new sales opportunities and understand industry trends.Present and demonstrate the value and benefits of JobFlexATS to potential clients.Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, Advt.Agency assisting clients to post their jobs in job boards or print, and other HR industry partners.Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.Provide feedback from clients to enhance the product and sales process. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, specifically in software or HR technology sales.Strong understanding of the HR and recruitment industry, with an existing network of contacts.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.Self-motivated and disciplined, with a professional approach to managing your workload and schedule.Access to your own computer and a stable internet connection for remote work Additional Information: This is a commission-only position, offering a generous commission.Potential for high earnings for those with the drive and dedication to succeed.Hirezon will provide JobFlexATS Demo training.
