Scheduler/Onboarding Specialist

Our client, a nonprofit health insurance agency, in Boston is looking for someone who is bilingual Vietnamese to start a position as soon as possible until the end of the year. This position is from 8:30AM-5PM and pays $23/hour. Any interested individuals are urged to apply!Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact and advocate for new members.Perform outbound and inbound calls to engage and support members.Educate members about health plan benefits and services, while addressing any questions or concerns.Identify and document members' care service needs. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care during the transition period.
