I’m a 60-year-old guy with Muscular Dystrophy looking for a reliable, easygoing PCA for one-on-one care at my Chelmsford home, helping me with ADLs such as hygiene, grooming, dressing, feeding, G-tube medications, and more.
The shift is Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Pay is $19.50/hr, paid every two weeks through Tempus Unlimited.
The pay rate increases to $20/hr starting July 1, 2025.
In addition to personal care, the PCA will drive my wheelchair-accessible minivan to lunch or dinner, movies, live music, shopping, grabbing coffee, or even a road trip to the beach for fresh seafood. (Skydiving might be pushing it… just kidding.) A valid driver’s license is required.
Due to a shortage of help, training is only available weekdays between 9 AM and 1 PM. Let me know which days you’re available for training.
Healthcare experience is a big plus, but not required if you’re caring, dependable, and quick to learn. This is a great part-time gig for a college student studying healthcare, OT, PT, nursing, etc. — real hands-on experience and a chance to make a real difference in someone’s life.
If this sounds like a good fit, send me a message! Tell me a little about yourself and your experience, and we’ll set up a time to meet.
Looking forward to hearing from you real soon!
Thanks,
Mike
