Receive weekly supervision to apply for full licensure if applicable
(OPTIONAL) Receive professional coaching on establishing sole proprietorship and creating a private practice (after passing the LICSW exam)
Preform assessment and diagnosis according to the DSM-V
Conduct bio-psycho-social history taking and develop treatment plans
Provide individual/couples/family therapy sessions
Receive guidance on implementing various therapies including DBT, CBT, and holistic therapies
Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary
Collaborate with colleagues for supportive guidance
Attend WHC meetings and engage in practice decision making processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Submit daily insurance coding
Maintain up to date knowledge on new therapies and treatment modalities
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work
Active state license as a Clinical Social Worker
Proficiency in clinical counseling techniques
Interest in learning/applying holistic skills within therapy.
Compensation and Benefits:
