Location: HYDE PARK MA.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm

Homecare & Beyond Wholistic Solutions is a leading provider of home health services dedicated to improving the quality of life for our clients in the comfort of their own home.

We are seeking a detail oriented Office Assistant to join our team in HYDE PARK MA. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing both medical and HR records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. This role is crucial in supporting the administrative functions of our home health office, contributing to the seamless delivery of care to our clients.

Provide administrative support to the office manager and other staff members as needed.

Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.

Maintain and update medical records accurately and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding the handling of medical records, including contacting physicians and staff to obtain required signatures

Organize and maintain HR records, including employee files.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.

Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Flexible and adaptable team player with an uplifting and positive attitude.

Prior experience in managing medical records and HR records is preferred.

Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour
