Live-in CNA/Companion/Caregiver

Looking for live-in/overnight CNA/Companion/Caregiver (preferably who speaks/understands some Italian) for our 86-year-old Italian/English speaking mom who lives in a small private home in Lexington, Massachusetts. Home features Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 baths. The home is nearby all major highway routes. She is happy, self-sufficient, sociable, and mobile with very early-stage dementia but needs the comfort of knowing someone is close by in the event that she needs help. You must be patient, caring, understanding, and have prior experience caring the elderly. Duties include personal care, housekeeping, and companionship. Daytime hours are flexible, allowing for part-time work. Family members live close by, visit frequently, and are active participants in her life. Applicant must be healthy, neat/tidy, non-smoking, and have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license. References are required and a background check will be performed. This is a long-term position that offers a weekly stipend in addition to room and board which will be discussed during the interview. If you're a dedicated care giver, we'd love to hear from you.
