Orange Door Collaborative is an integrative mental health practice in Cambridge, MA specializing in trauma treatment through a mind-body approach. Our warm, supportive environment combines evidence-based therapy with wellness services including yoga, sound healing, and bodywork.
Role Overview
We seek licensed therapists passionate about treating trauma through holistic methods. The ideal candidate will contribute to our collaborative environment while maintaining their own clinical practice.
Required Qualifications
-MA licensure (PhD, PsyD, LMHC, or LICSW) or near completion
-Experience treating trauma and PTSD
-Strong foundation in trauma-informed care
-Commitment to mind-body integration in treatment
Preferred Qualifications
-EMDR certification or strong interest in EMDR training
-Training in somatic experiencing or sensorimotor psychotherapy
-Experience integrating complementary modalities (yoga, mindfulness, etc.)
-Interest in community programming and events
-Administrative capabilities for studio operations
Responsibilities
-Provide trauma-focused therapy services
-Participate in weekly clinical meetings
-Collaborate with wellness practitioners
-Optional: Lead workshops or community programs
-Optional: Support studio operations and administration
