We are a friendly, modern and well managed family oriented dental office in Woburn MA looking for a full-time or part-time dental hygienist. This is a perio focused practice so we are looking for someone is confident with diagnosing and explaining periodontal disease to the patients. Our hygienist are very well compensated, treated with respect, have full autonomy and encouraged to continue learning/ take CE's in a healthy friendly environment. Most of the staff is long term with a very stable work culture.
The position is full-time or part-time. The part-time option is for 1 to 4 days a week with flexibility on the hours and days.
The compensation will be a combination of hourly wage along with a bonus incentive. We offer excellent benefits including 401k, 401k matching, paid holidays and vacation (for full-time), employee discounts, paid CEs. We are also offering a signing bonus (ask for details).
Requirements:
- Current MA hygiene license and MA anesthesia permit required.
- The ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with patients, and treatment plan are absolutely essential for this position
- Eaglesoft experience a plus
