Job description

Overview:

The Clinical Supervisor is an experienced, licensed clinician who is part of the senior level clinical team. The Clinical Supervisor assists the team to ensure that quality services are provided to Community Care and Counseling Services' outpatient clients, and reports to the Clinic Director.

Responsibilities:

Provides intake, diagnostic assessment and individual and/or group therapy as assigned.

May be required to carry a caseload and provide outpatient psychotherapy services of which 85% will be direct service. Caseload will represent varying populations – adult/child/family/group.

Provide clinical supervision to assigned caseload of clinicians.

Utilization Review of all documentation completed by the Clinicians/Interns assigned.

Additional UR of fully licensed clinicians.

Participation in weekly QA meetings with the Clinic Director and other Senior Clinicians.

Assist in the development of clinical trainings and periodically assists in leading monthly staff meetings.

Provide emergency consultation to supervisees as needed.

Assist with biweekly peer supervision groups.

Assist with waitlist and case assignment .

Assists in CANS oversight .

Knowledge of CBHI/IHBS a plus.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Master's level degree or above, with current independent license - LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD/Psyd, MD

Minimum 4 years’ direct clinical care.

CANS Certification.

Must have previous administrative experience.

Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Experience with children, adolescents and adults.

Cultural competence & humility.

Computer proficiency and EHR (electronic health records) experience.

Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
