Are you a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a passion for patient care? Our client is looking for experienced CNAs to join their dynamic team at a long-term care facility in Chelsea, MA. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!

Shifts Available:

3rd shift, 11pm-7am: Rotating weekends required.

Pay Rate:

$25/hour

Paid Training:

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients, providing direct care under the supervision of nursing staff.

Daily Living Assistance: Help with bathing, dressing, feeding, and other daily activities.

Mobility Support: Assist with the transportation and mobility of patients as needed.

Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in patient health status.

What We're Looking For:

Certified Professionals: Active Massachusetts CNA license required and Dementia Certification

Experienced Candidates: Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care.

Reliable Team Members: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Team Players: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compassionate Caregivers: Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
