Lucy's Sandwich Shop in West Medford at 472 High Street, is looking for experienced bilingual line cooks and sandwich makers who are able to service customers and are responsible for prep and execution of the menu (line cook duties include prep of all menu items, station set-up and execution of menu, breakdown and cleanup)
We serve breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, sandwiches for lunch and into the dinner hour. Hours of operation is 6 days a week. 9am to 7 pm Saturdays and Sunday 7am to 8pm.
Duties include daily preparation, set up and execution of breakfast and lunch service and guest service, daily breakdown and cleaning of stations.
all staff will be responsible for general cleaning and maintenance of stations and equipment on a daily basis. Experience and performance will determine wages on an hourly basis. Come join the family! Please send resume or call.
