Sous Chef Manager $65K No Nights! No Weekends! Monday-Friday

We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, hands-on culinary professional to join our team. Position offers a Monday through Friday, daytime schedule starting at 6 am. Travel required daily (within Massachusetts only). As a Sous Chef Manager, you will be responsible for daily operation of the cafeteria which includes: breakfast, lunch and catering program operated under company guidelines and standards. Preparing daily entree and soup offerings. Ordering and inventory. Manage food cost. Safety and sanitation. Customer service. Administrative duties - processing payroll, vendor bills, petty cash, banking, hiring and training of staff. Supervise and train staff Candidate(s) MUST have good culinary skills with the ability to create a wide range of food offerings. Previous experience in corporate food service helpful. We are looking for people that show a steady employment history, not a job hopper. Servsafe certification helpful. Candidate(s) MUST be able to clear a criminal background check to be eligible for hire.
