The Seafood Shanty in Edgartown, MA is hiring for a Sous Chef position & FOH Floor Management.
We are an extremely large, high-volume, fast casual restaurant located directly on the harbor in Edgartown.
Sous Chef - Must be capable of working all stations on a line, quick and proficient with prep work and work well with a large team. Inventory and Ordering experience are a must.
Line Cooks - Must be able to work quick and clean on the line at high-volume and fast pace.
FOH Management - Must be organized and experienced working in a high volume setting with a very large team. Responsibilities include scheduling FOH staff, working on the floor with tables, communicating with guests and employees.
