Job Title: Bartender/Server
Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic bartenders and servers to fill a variety of shifts
The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, sports bar environment.
Responsibilities:
Exceptional Customer Service: Warmly greet and assist guests, providing menu insights and ensuring a top-quality dining experience.
Order Accuracy: Enter all orders accurately into the POS system, ensuring compliance with restaurant policies—especially for drink orders.
Policy Adherence: Strictly follow all restaurant policies, including guidelines on alcohol service, manager authorization for complimentary items, and refusal of service to intoxicated guests.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members across all areas to ensure smooth operations, assist during peak times, and support colleagues in delivering excellent service.
Section & Operations Management: Skillfully oversee assigned sections, participate in seating rotations, and contribute to a clean, organized environment.
Maintain Sanitation Standards: Keep workspaces pristine, sanitize regularly, and complete weekly upkeep tasks, including condiments and station cleanliness.
Closing Responsibilities: Fulfill end-of-shift duties thoroughly, restocking, organizing, and preparing the area for the next shift to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
Previous experience serving or bartending in a sports bar environment
Expertise in cocktails, spirits, and bar workflow
Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations
Familiarity with POS or similar point-of-sale systems and online ordering platforms
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and engage customers effectively
Basic understanding of retail math for managing cash transactions effectively.
Proven leadership with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and team-building abilities
