A New Upscale Burger Joint is Hiring for Line Cooks for Kitchen Supervisor! Full and Part Time Positions Available! Competitive Pay, Guaranteed hours in a safe and respectful working environment. 1. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and specifications.

2. Station Setup: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients.

3. Cooking Procedures: Follow proper cooking techniques and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.

4. Timing: Coordinate cooking times with other kitchen staff to ensure that all food is ready at the same time.

5. Quality Control: Inspect food items for freshness and quality before serving.

6. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

7. Teamwork: Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.

8. Communication: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure efficient flow of orders.

9. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and notifying management when supplies are running low.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast casual or similar restaurant environment.

2. Culinary Skills: Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.

3. Team Player: Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

4. Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

5. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure food quality and presentation standards are met.

6. Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

7. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).

8. Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.

9. Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
