Minimum 2 years management experience in an upscale environment.
This front of house leadership position is fully responsible for ensuring operational procedures, and service standards
Working knowledge of food and wine necessary
Good communication skills for the customers as well as the employees
Oversee reports of payroll, sales, inventory, purchasing of food, liquor, labor and food costs
Must be proficient on POS systems
Manage inventory
Problem solving skills
Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling and development of employees
