The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing foods according to the recipe, keeping in mind additional customer specifications or dietary needs.
Duties of this position include:
washing dishes and pots, stocking FOH, set up and break down of the station and cooking items according to specified cook times to ensure they are safe for consumption by the customer, knowledge of deli slicing machine, USE OF A FLAT TOP NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION.
The ideal candidate must have high level product knowledge, provide friendly and helpful customer service and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire workday and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects that may weigh 30 to 50 pounds.
