Seeking a positive team player, professional, self-motivated, responsible, flexible, detail oriented, fast learner. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required. Familiarity with seafood, Japanese/East Asian cuisine is helpful. Cleanliness, sense of urgency, and the ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks are a must. Must be open-minded with a desire to learn, improve, contribute to the team, receive/give feedback. Someone passionate about cooking, restaurants and hospitality.

BOH: prep manager, junior sous chef, line cook, prep cook, dishwasher
FOH: server, bartender
