VIVI’s Tapas Bar, an exciting new addition to the Revere Beach dining scene, is gearing up for a Grand Opening in March. We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our front-of-house team. Qualifications:
Familiarity with menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist in food running and table
service.
Strong time management skills to efficiently assist in bussing tables, running food, and providing water service.
Flexible availability, especially during weekends and/or weekday mornings
Positive attitude with a genuine love for hospitality and community.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in basic English is a mandatory qualification.
Responsibilities:
Assist in running food orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery to guests.
Efficiently bus tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Provide water service to guests, ensuring glasses are filled and needs are promptly attended to.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate a smooth dining experience.
Adapt to changing priorities and high-demand situations with composure and efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in support areas.
Handle additional tasks as needed to support the overall operation.
