About Us:
At The Branch, we pride ourselves on crafting the most delicious and authentic Italian thin crust pizzas in town. Our team is passionate about great food and excellent service, and we’re looking for an additional talented Pizza Maker to join us as we grow.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook pizza according to our recipes and standards.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Take customer orders on our Toast computer screen and handle cash/card transactions.
During slow times, join the crew in stocking, prepping, cleaning and organizing.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a pizza maker or in a similar role.
Knowledge of pizza making techniques and recipes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
A good attitude and strong work ethic.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation
Must speak English fluently
Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday 11-8 pm ( Closed on Monday & Tuesday )
